Longchamp launched a new collection— LGP, for a younger generation, with a bold, redesigned logo pattern.
Farmgroup adapted the global design into an outdoor pop-up store. We created and managed many experiential activities within the pop-up shop— a projection mapping space, a chromakey photo area, and a bubble milk tea stand. The structure and activities aimed to create exposure for the new logo pattern as bold as possible. Several challenges were faced regarding its restrictive location, such as obtaining police permission since the site was located near the Palace, and unexpected weather condition.

Facilitated coordination between multiple internal and external departments to build a pop-up store in a restrictive location, led to brand exposure of over 50,000 people per day, surpassing their goal
